This website itself does not use tracking cookies or run analytics. The only information we receive directly is what you choose to give us if you call us on the phone number published on this site.
When you click "Apply" or "Click to Apply" on this site, you are taken to an application form hosted by Wix.com, a third-party form provider. Information you submit there, such as a player's name, date of birth, contact details and parent or guardian details, is collected and processed by Wix on our behalf, and is then reviewed by Pro Elite Woodkirk staff to manage your application.

Our programmes are aimed at children and young people aged 13–19 (from age 15 for the Girls Elite Development Squad). Where an applicant is under 18, we expect the application to be made with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, and we will usually communicate with that parent or guardian directly.

We only use the information described above to run our football programmes: to process applications, communicate with players, parents and guardians, and organise coaching, trials and matches. We do not sell your information to third parties.
